Maserati is jumping into the fray with the new Grecale.
I’m not a Ferrari, or Maserati, fan and probably won’t be for the foreseeable future, but I do love some competition and keeping things interesting!
The X3-sized Grecale debuted it’s 4 trims today; including the Trofeo (X3MC) with 523HP, 457lbft, 0-60 in 3.6 secs (3.8 0-100km) as well as it’s full EV trim, the Folgore. Maserati doesn’t have much, if any, aftermarket support; so it wouldn’t be of much interest to the enthusiast crowd here, but as an off-the-shelf choice I’m sure it will do quite well in it’s niche. Seeing as how management of Maserati shifted fully to Ferrari and away from Fiat/ FCA/Stellantis during the Exor reshuffle; it may turn out to be a decent experience. Like anything Alfa, it’s pretty but nothing I’d ever own.

ertainly nice looking but I share the reliability concerns.
Though BMW was also known for terrible reliability when I was younger and that seems to have improved drastically in the last 2-3 decades. Hopefully Maserati/Alfa improve the quality as their designs are gorgeous. Commenters stated it looks like a Ford Puma. Have to agree from this pic: C Last edited by spta97; 03-25-2022 at 08:57 AM.. |

Also doesn't help that the Maserati dealer network is abysmal. End up having to go to Ferrari dealerships that have no idea how to service a car that doesn't require complete motor out oil changes (or care about lesser brands).
