Cant find a BMW X3 with Driver Assistant pack

This is strange as safety comes first and BMW users normally do not order for this highly required pack.

I cant find a new or second hand car with this pack on. I have to order and wait

There is some with driver assistance ie active cruise, but without the “plus” element, so no blind spot monitoring

If I remember correctly it will be a legal requirement for all new cars in the EU from 2021.
