Barrancos - Just had another email from Connected Drive. They have managed to solve the problem and I now have the USB download option. 2019-2 is at present downloading.

Good news! I have the exact same problem on my G05. I contacted support about 3 weeks ago. I have chased twice but it is still with the tech team. Fingers crossed it gets resolved soon.

I've just checked mine. I don't have the option to get map updates on the connected store. It's not available with a no entry sign:
So I've emailed BMW Connected and made an appointment with a BMW Genius on Thursday. So I'll update all (excuse the pun) when they tell me what's going on. This is my current version. |

For what I have experienced technical service in the UK is competent, so do not worry, they will fix it. It will take them 2-4 weeks though.
