Water leak in trunk - HKL replacement

Hi everyone!
I need your advice - my electric trunk lid wont open or close from keyfob or button.
There was a water leak to trunk, battery was in the water. I have disconnected it, replaced (it was old in any case) and dried all. Now I have HKL module error in Rheingold: ABL 801703 HKL - low voltage and SIT - malfunction electric components due to water leak.
I have removed errors, but they appear again. Is there an option to repair HKL module or it has to be replaced only?
Thanks for any advice or route to solution.

UPD:
HKL module was rusty, cleaned with alcohol, dried, but no luck. Need new HKL.
Any advice how to program it from other car?
