Yeah, no snow here. Just need to find some good summers.
And as you know be careful driving in cold temperatures below 40 degrees on summer tires

Long time running relationship with dealership and I send them at least 20 new deals a month. Deals will be had on the X3M. That is how I was able to get 10% off.

Waiting for an allocation on X3M Competition. Not expecting a huge discount on those. Will try...

Updated Ordering and Pricing Guides?

Can anyone share the updated pdf files of the Ordering and Pricing Guides? Curious to see if any additions/deletions from these March 2019 versions. As example, I've been informed the 765M Bi-color Orbit Grey wheels are not even listed in the July 2019 version. Thanks.

The heated steering wheel option is also not on the ordering guide and my dealership had problem to add it in my order

Heated steering wheel is in the executive package....is it even offered as a stand alone option?

On the BMW NA website, yes it is a standard alone option. But no on the ordering guide

Working on the 2020 build and a couple of questions have come up that hopefully someone can confirm.

I am being told that the ZDH Dynamic Handling Package can now only be applied to the M Sport Package. But that doesn't make sense because ZDH is included in the M Sport Package, yet they have ZDH as a separate package. Why would they even have it as a package if it's only included with the M Sport Package?

Plus the order guide doesn't say it can't be added to the other packages, just that it can't be ordered with the 18 wheels:
ZDH cannot be ordered with 26W
ZDH requires ordering ZCV, ZM4, ZPP or ZPX

Does the dealer have some other order system that doesn't match up with the order guide in this thread?

Also, does anyone know if the chrome exterior accents are in the order guide somewhere? It seems like that option has disappeared for 2020. On the current 2019 configurator it's a $350 option after selecting the higher end packages.

Thanks!

Is there an updated ordering guide, or is the one at the beginning of this thread still the most current for 2020?

I believe invoice price is about 5 to 6% off MSRP. Dealer cost, assuming dealer recieves volume incentives, is about 11 to 12% off MSRP.

Traditionally (at least up until my 2016 F80 M3), invoice for BMW was about 8.5%. Did that change recently?

It's a smaller gap now, not sure exactly what it is. They've done this and then boosted incentive amounts. Gives BMWNA more control vs. the dealers...at least that's my thought.

Invoice = .93(base MSRP) + .92(options MSRP) + destination + MACO

So figure roughly 7.5% off of MSRP is invoice.

Also, don't forget that there is also 5% of total MSRP in dealer "holdback" so in reality invoice is closer to 12.5% off from MSRP.

Anyone know what all is included with the exterior carbon fiber package? My guess is diffuser, mirror caps, tail pipes, but not sure on front bumper stuff, side skirts, etc. Also, does the engine support brace now come in fiber or is it still aluminum?

I believe the Canadian market has the carbon exterior package, so that should be a good indicator of what the US package will include.

Yes, you can order the CF package on the Canadian website, however, it doesn't tell you what it includes, other than the CA$ cost of 3500. When I look at the image of the car after adding it, it looks like splitters, lower bumper pieces, mirror caps and rear diffuser. But I am not certain. The exhaust tips were still silver on the car I configured, so probably no on the tip.

Ah I didn't realize the .CA website didn't specify. Not sure about that. Any Canadian members here who can inform us better?
