Whats worth the money, Extended warranty or the Ultimate Care Package?

What would be the best option for a brand new X3, an extended warranty or the Ultimate Maintenance package?

I would guess warranty. I actually got both, so it's like I pay nothing for 4 years. That said, stuff will start breaking, and the longer the warranty and what is covered could really save big money down the line, in my opinion.
