How do you guys measure out your e85 content?

I've used online calculators. Thinking about getting a Fuel-It kit just for safe measure.

Just curious what you guys do

I would absolutely get a test kit to have in the vehicle. I have one in addition to the flex fuel sensor on the vehicle that tells me the ethanol content in a gauge. This is on my SS.

EDIT: This is in Phoenix where ethanol content is all over the place and rarely true E85. It ranges from E54-E95 so you really do have to test it if you have a straight E tune and not a flex tune.

In the back of my mind, that's what I was thinking was necessary. I'll get in the habit of testing

I've actually been toying with installing flex fuel kit with ethanol sensor. Still in research mode though.

That Fuel-it calculator is pretty sweet, didn't know about that. Thank you!

Make sure you go to the setting bottom right and set up you gas tank size to make it work

Carefully.... I know, smart ass answer. Seriously, it's a hat dance to get it right without a flex fuel sensor or in the case above, a fuel analyzer.
