H&R Springs Installed (Pictures included)

Finally got the car lowered 1 year after ordering these springs from EAS . H&R springs and 15mm Macht shnell spacers all the way around. Turned out really nice, car should settle bit more by a week or two. Next is cerium delete.

During the install of the spacers, I washed each wheel and tire inside and out.

How much lowered did you get? Looks like nice hatch ack now . We need hatchbacks in usa .

Is the purple from iron x?

How much was the springs and installation.

Looks awesome. I felt that driving the x3 and taking turns felt like it will rollover sometimes but this will help with tight turns in high speeds. Only drawback to lowering is that those curb scrapes

If you install spacers, is there any issue using the temp spare?

Do u have one ? Because in NY/NJ is run on flat only. No more spares.
Even with spare it shouldn’t be a problem. Leave that original 5 bolts in a car....in case u dont want to put ur spare on the spacer

Looks amazing! A year later they’re finally installed 🙄😂 hahaha. All my harassing you to install them finally paid off.
Now wake up and answer all these members questions before I do lol.

I didnt measure, but it's around 1.25 on the front and .75 in the rear. should settle more down the road

Purple is me using wheel cleaner from Adams polishes.

How much was the springs and installation.
I paid around $530 for labor including alignment. Spacers were done by me.

So you'd simply slide the spacer off and use the original bolts, right? Thanks for that. btw, a spare is an option, even with run-flats. At some point, I want to swap out the run-flats, so I ordered the spare.

Well, I'm intrigued cause I drove hatchbacks and love how hatchbacks handle due to being lower to the ground. I noticed my x3 almost seem like it will tip over doing tight turns going bit fast. Lowering should definitely help this. I noticed you posted on FB group too I double posted cause didn't realize this one went through hahah.

Anyways, will this fit xline 30i? Your tires look thinner too.

Here are screen shots from H&R website. It shows same part number for both m40i as well as 30i model with M sport suspension

My buddy sent me over couple of pictures from his shop of all the old cerium trim pieces getting painted in glossy black. Can't wait to install them.
