Spread of different models per market
Here in Sweden all numbers are sort of public.
For the G01, that has been on sale since 2018 model, first with M40i, 20d and 30d engines, then with 20i, 30i, 25d, M40d, and 18d models as well. And finally M Comp. Total: 3320 20i: 395 30i: 229 M40i 260kW: 92 M40i 265kW: 139 M comp: 35 18d: 5 20d: 2071 25d: 1 30d: 327 M40d: 26 https://www.car.info/sv-se/bmw/x3/x3-g01-11180714/map How is it in other markets? Quick google search numbers The Netherlands
Sold X3 models 2019 - 822x 2018 - 1236x 2017 - 464x Marketshare 2019 - 0,31% 2018 - 0,28% 2017 - 0,11% Was surprised by the low percentage marketshare! No differentiation on which X3 model, but probably 2018 and 2019 are the G01. Source; https://www.autoweek.nl/verkoopcijfers/bmw/x3/ Addition; Sold models from August 2017. So probably G01. Total of 2225 Funny to see which colors have been bought. https://www.autozine.nl/bmw/x3/verkoopcijfers

For Switzerland all numbers are public and provided per month. For July '19, x3 is the best sold bmw (and in general is always among the best sold bmw's):
BMW 1er 1,249 BMW 2er 1,915 BMW 3er 1,225 BMW 4er 725 BMW 5er 1,196 BMW 6er 52 BMW 7er 244 BMW 8er 200 BMW i3 541 BMW i8 39 BMW X1 1,861 BMW X2 634 BMW X3 1,975 BMW X4 527 BMW X5 1,312 BMW X6 98 BMW x7 107 BMW Z4 306 X3 is not in top 10 models and usually in that class of vehicles is behind tiguan, kodiaq and glc. Numbers mostly depend on discounts and promotions (and bmw increasing prices of x3 couple a months ago certainly is not helping, I mean chf is getting stronger and yet they increase prices of all additional equipment for 5-10%). They must be chasing those sweet NL prices More data is available at: https://www.auto.swiss/fr/statistiques/ |
