No Azurite black, seems like BMW and stopped giving this color as an option in newer models.

If I bought one, would have to get an individual color, none of these colors (other than domington gray and toronto red) stand out to me at all, the german rainbow must be full of black white gray, and more gray

except you won't be able to get individual colors (these are being built in SC).
I am in the same boat, on the M Exclusive colors have any interest, but if I go toronto red the only interior option really is black (I think the gray looks horrible), would have loved to see two tone red/black seats or even red stitching. I just don't think the SO interior will look good on the Donnington exterior either, think the Sophisto gray, black, or white is the only thing you can pair with the SO interior.

I will love to see the take rate on those horrible gray/SO seats.
Switzerland doesn't even look like they are offering them

Toronto Red, Sakhir Orange

thats a lot of red/orange, if only the seats had more black in them and less SO...

anyone who has SO interior, how does it look in person? my SO exterior changes with light (can look RED at times or rusty...), obviously the leather won't have that going on.

Donnington Gray SO

interesting thing is that it looks better on my work PC than my home PC (home PC has the better monitor for colors...)

Agreed. That's how I feel about other uber performance SUVs like glc63(at least that has a v8). Especially with the new m3 likely coming with optional awd I see even less reasons to get this over m3 which will handle much better in either base or competition form. Please BMW, give us M3 touring (wagon) instead! I will even accept a slightly raised version (and call it cross-country) so more people would buy it.
No chance for a M3 wagon. There's no G20 wagon even being developed. If anything might be a M4 GC since the 4GC seems to be popular but that'd be stretch too.
I have heard an opposite. They ditched GTs and going only with sedans and tourings. There are already some spy shots (https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-ne.../bmw/3-series/).

I have SO interior in my F80 with the MWM exterior. I'd never say the SO looks orange with an interior like it does on the exterior, just straight up "in your face" red.

so there is a chance it might be pretty close to Toronto red since that looks like an in your face red.

I've had SO on both my M3 and M4 and I would say it will not match Toronto Red. I think SO willl go well with any of the colors but Toronto Red . then again, that's just my opinion

Swiss site is awesome. Right click photo and "full screen" and it takes up my whole monitor (38" widescreen, pretty amazing, dash view feels like I am in the car). US site doesn't have that option.
guess this only works for dash view, still pretty cool

interesting option "active seat ventilation" so I guess it will be available!

Although BMW Marketing seems to be pushing the utilitarian aspect of the X3M with every image having bulky-appearing roof rails and moon roof, would suggest it may be beneficial to share some without (as the competition is doing with the marketing of their high-performance offerings - Urus, Stelvio Quad, SVR, and Levante Trofeo). To that end, have edited the black roof lines from the Configurator images:

Agreed, SO interior might be a closer match to Toronto Red than the SO exterior, but Toronto is probably still a tad deeper of a red. You might look like my 6 year old trying to say her "red" pants match her "red" shirt because they're both "red".

It might be close enough if you really want a red/red car (especially if you plan to tint the windows a tad), but I'd let someone else make that decision first and try to find them to see it in person.

Like cockpit won't come on X3M and X4M models in August.
No differences of dampers between regular M and Competition.
No Package available as seen on regular X3 and X4

The diff will not be the same I am sure. M cars always have different diffs. Nothing will be the same as M40i except some skin and interior.
