Plastic part loose at the bottom

Hi
I need you opinion. I have notice that this piece is a little bit loose and not correctly tightened.

What is this rounded plastic part for? Should it better tightened?

Thanks

Does that cover the central jacking point? Try to tighten it as much as you can, but with those plastic pieces there might always be some looseness..

That's the cover for the oil drain plug. Although that doesn't seem to be the issue as it is tight. It looks like the underbelly shield needs to be loosened and retightened in the area of that bulge

Thank you very much.

Makes sense for me. My car passed 2 years maintenance, few months ago... seems they did not pay attention to details like this.

I’ll come back to fix it

Thanks!
