What's going on guys. Congrats to the new number 1.

On the topic of changing from awd to rwd. You won't damage anything. if the car can launch and not break then changing from awd to rwd wont do anything. That being said you probably gain nothing as people have tested running one way over the other on 60 to 130 and there's no difference. Just because you go rwd doesn't mean you are. Everything is connected which gives the same resistance. Also going off your mph it's not high compared.

A few other things to note for the tuned guys. I would recommend switching to standard awd (40/60) Chances are you will get same 60 foot or better. Reason being is the drive shaft. As I'm sure some of you know the drive shaft goes boom. Having less in the rear may help save it.

I'm hoping to get a group buy soon on carbon drive shafts.

Awesome times by Garrett, his car absolutely rips!

A few things:
- He runs the same exact BC specs that I did so 21x9.5 et17 and 21x11 et35
- I think he transposed the first two numbers by accident when sharing the info. I'm pretty sure he meant 4365.
Shit yeah, thats my bad!! 4365lbs!!!

Our cars have 2 settings of awd...I think awd sport and awd. Awd sport sends more power to the rear. So to save your driveshaft I would run awd.

TRACKING ALWAYS FULLY OFF

Excellent run, goldfz8! Appreciate your details and entire slip image so I could look up Atco's past weather and complete the location data and DA. I've also added you to the St2 overall leaderboard and am attaching here, but will wait to add to the Master Sheets until NLYFANSX3M updates his track post with full slip images so his St2 spreadsheet can also be finalized (his missing info: tire psi and track location, date, and times runs were made so past weather can allow DA calculations).

Updated the Master Spreadsheet collection using goldfz8 as the current St2 leader as his data is complete (post #386 at https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...&postcount=386 ), but attached NLYFANSX3M's prelim sheet there as well pending his data completion for ease of comparison. If/when that info becomes available I'll update again.

Another enjoyable time at GNV Raceway yesterday. Made 6 passes trying out different settings and tire psi. Only one made it into my Top 9 list and was my third quickest ET and second fastest trap speed ever (11.635s at 118.59mph). I won't waste space posting all of the slips but did place the best into my Top 9 spreadsheet so am sharing that here. One of the runs I tried brake boosting rather than LC, with Sport+ engine, D3 trans and steering, and Comfort for the suspension. ET was about 0.4-0.6s and 1.5mph slower than with full LC - consistent with my previous trials with that.

Same details as before - Bone stock except the BC Forged RZ05 wheels and only removed the rubber floor mats. 15 gal 93 octane with 2 gal E85 again. Two weeks ago I did five runs with 5 gal 93 Oct/5 gal 100 Oct but didn't even get into the 11.xxxs so I didn't share that data here. Did learn I won't plan on wasting $80 for 5 gal 100 Oct in the future when I can get similar or better results with just $6.00 for 2 gal E-85. Even after analyzing I can't figure out what my X3MC didn't like about the runs 2 weeks ago, but something was clearly off even though virtually everything else was similar to the runs yesterday (even the DA). For something so conceptually simple (point car in a straight line and mash the accelerator), there sure seems to be a complex mix of variables which have to align perfectly to have a great run.

And once again had a bunch of Drivers come up to me in the staging lanes in disbelief how fast the X3MC is after watching some of my runs, and even more so when told she is bone stock except for the wheels. M Division hit a homerun with the S58 and these models...

Hey all, did it again. best pass 10.2xx

took full interior out. I weighed everything which was about 200lbs.(will do break down in other thread) car weighed 4175 w/o me in it.

car had 6/8 tank(I'm stupid)

unfortunately the weather was very hot and it's caused timing pull. Despite having 200lbs less then my 10.44 pass done a few weeks ago. I was getting same mph.

60 foot stole the show. These 19s work.
2nd gear launch no lc
xhp kick down disable
take of in 2nd
stage 3 shifts.

mods same as always
3in dp
evunturi filter
er mid
pure boost e50 tune.

goldfz8 takes St2 and All Class Leaderboard #1 slots! Solid 0-60 ft times across the board - tough to see 1.501s and 1.510s getting topped very often.

Spreadsheets updated and attached.
