I think the m5 reps are the best looking stock style wheel for the X3 . This style and the spoke style 345m. If they only made the 345m in 20" hyper black , I would have gotten them.

Oh and here is my 20" setup as well. I had my own thread but for the sake of this one.

245/45/20 all around MRR H-10.

I've since modified the BMW center caps to fit the wheels so it looks more OEM.

I searched eBay for a while waiting for the graphite or " hyper black" which is the dark chrome look. The only one available for more than 6 months was silver or black. So I went with another style.

303m on F25?

Has anyone tried OEM 303m wheels on an F25?

Bit of research compared to the 310m wheels:
BMW 310m
Front alloy wheels: 20x8.5" ET38
Rear alloy wheels: 20x10" ET51

BMW 303m (from F07 - 5 GT series and others)
Front alloy wheels: 20x8.5" ET25
Rear alloy wheels: 20x10" ET41

Based on a wheel offset calculator on
Fronts would sit 13 mm wider (Is this too much? Cause issues long term?)
REARS - CORRECTION BELOW

I like this style wheel but could live with 19" if there are some OEM options that are similar...

Rears would be 10 mm narrower - so would need spacers - thinking 15 mm but could it stand 20 mm? 20 mm would put the rears at +10 mm compared to the 310m.

The only thing I didn't confirm when I was looking at buying a set in Charlotte was the center bore could be larger than the X3's . If I recall correctly, the x5 wheels and 7 series may have the larger bore. I cannot confirm right now. As for offsets, I tried a 19" 9.5" et 33 and 10" et 38 up front . It stuck out slightly but not enough it would be a concern for me. So in comparison 8.5 vs 9.5 is a 10mm difference , so my 9.5 et 33 is like a 8.5 et 23. I also don't have the calculator but you could confirm the results.

Okay so here are some pictures. What you see is the 10" wide 275/35/19 in front and rear. (They were the rears on my coupe. )

Okay so I searched Google and found the 303M from a seller claiming the center bore is 72.5. So then I checked the forums and found that x3 f25 is as known 72.5. And the F01 7 series is also 72.5 according to the forum posts.
Best of luck with the purchase. I would like to see them in some real world pictures mounted !

///Mposter - thank you, thank you, thank you! Appreciate the pics of the 10" 19's - no issue with that much extension. Will need to do my diligence on using spacers at the rear (most comfortable with the concept - just know to use high quality for all parts). Really like the look in the left pic at post# 76 - where on earth did you find that?

Checked my rear offset calculations - had them backwards!
With 303m wheels =
Rear - 10mm MORE clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 10mm
No need for adapters!

Maybe a set of 343m instead...

245/40/20 Yokohama Advan A/S. SoFla to Iowa and viceversa. No choice but to, as I wasn't going to run summers in temps below 40F. I'm liking these tires so far, was going to go with the Continental Extreme DWS or Michelin Sport A/S. So far I am pleased with the peformance and looks of the Yoko's. I even put a set on the MINI

If there was a sale on 255/45/20, I probably would have tried it. 245/45 is close but there is a little bit more room. I'd have to look at the tire size calculator again to see how much extra diameter is added.

(I wanted to close the gap without lowering SUV)

Edit;

Okay so I used the example of a fitting 19" tire size diameter to calculate what it would be in 20".

255/50/19 = diameter 91.2"
245/45/20 = diameter 90.1"
255/45/20 = diameter 91.2"

Also be aware of the plastic flap that protrudes from the spring/ strut area. I guess it could be cut away if the offset is too close (high) verses a low offset wheel that sticks further out towards the fender.
