ASD artificial in-cabin exhaust note

Just got my X4MC back from the dealership for standard service. They performed a recall service where they replaced the fuse I had removed to disable the ASD. Drove the car for 5 mins and was annoyed with all the cabin exhaust noise. After not having it for 6 months sounds more drone-ish than anything else. So if you haven’t done it yet, I absolutely recommend you get rid of it with one of these options.

I plugged mine in for service, then took it out when I got home.

Even that ride was too much.

I can't believe BMW won't provide a method for disabling through iDrive.

It's ridiculous this is even a "feature" that is included in the cost
