I've sold my X3 so I'm selling my complete HVAC dash upgrade. This will update your 2011 through 2014 F25 X3 to the gloss black dash trim pieces and the glossy HVAC panel. The HVAC panel is plug and play. No coding is required but you must trim 2 small areas on HVAC "cage" where the panel mounts to. The panel itself does not have to be modified and it will not prevent you putting your old HVAC panel back on. There are many threads about this and I can provide some guidance as well. It's really very easy and will change the look of your dash considerably. My price is $375 shipped and if local and want to pick up I would be happy to help with install.
