Does anyone know if the wood door trim from a 2015-17 body style x3 will fit the doors of a 2014? I know if 2015 they added the door lock buttons by the door handle, just curious if the length of the wood trim changed to accommodate then, of if they are the same.

The trim from the LCI (15-17) will fit on your 2014. They changed the tweeter in front of the handle to accommodate moving the locks there.

Just know that the trim does not just clip in, there are screws in the door pieces, so you'll have to take the door cards off to swap the trim. Not that big of a deal, but more than a 20 minute project.
