Stabilus powerise noise

Recently I am hearing grinding noise from the right Stabilus. It open and shuts correctly, it only make noise while operating.

Is there a fix to this or need to replace it? I am starting to get used to the noise, but people commenting on it.

sounds like it needs some lubrication.
