Does anyone know how to clear or reset this warning message?
"Parking Brake Reduced".
A few weeks ago water spilled on the center console and messed up some of the switch functions including the parking brake switch. It would not work for a while but after drying out I can now apply and release the parking brakes however I am still getting this message and chimes very often. Even while driving it will come on and chime and is super annoying. I tried to clear codes but didn't do anything. Should I disconnect the battery, pull related fuse or hold up the button for 5 sec?
