Crazy how the S58 is a powerhouse. Those 60-130 for the Merc are good and even better that my tune only 60-130 beats it

That is just insane. I saw that model AMG on the street in Italy once and was taken aback. Beautiful automobile IMHO. Sheer madness when you consider a stage 2 tuned x3m, a fatty SUV mind you, on an ethanol blend could hang with a car of that magnitude in terms of sheer acceleration.

I'm embarrassed to say, but I still haven't made it to the track and can't find a flat spot here where I can run it hard with dragy without fear of losing my license. I do need to take it to the local dragstrip. Too many competing priorities.

I look at Dragy Leaderboards that's where the real time is at, you know the saying "if it's not on Leaderboards it didn't happen" or "show me the slip then we talk"

8.05 is really awesome for just E30 OTS and that is the average I've seen including myself in 60F-80F weather... The plus is with BM3 OTS we can drive that map forever and no worries about blowing up unlike other tunes i've seen that are so aggressive make your cylinder or piston go bad.

I managed a best of 7.69s +0.26% slope in 50F and backed it up with a 7.73s -0.02%

Full Tank, Full Interior, Sunroof, extra 30-40lbs in the trunk

I like our G20 M340i a lot but it's a big car and I'm much more interested in a future G42 xDrive as replacement. The X3M is with me at least into 2023 and likely beyond. G8x is brash but ugly and I'm not sure I want two M cars with stiff suspension, $80k MSRP, etc. Who knows though our G20 lease is up August 2022. A Boxster GTS 4.0 sounds like great idea too if it weren't for the price tag.
