In the shop right now at my bmw service center for a 1200 mile oil change!! Dealer said I am maybe the 2nd or 3rd person to have done this prior to 10k miles lol....probably untrue but okay.

Going to be trying out this launch control shortly after lol....and redlining her hard today. Yay!

Ceramic tint all the way around including Pano roof and UV film on the front window. While I was there, did PPF strip on the rear cargo bumper area to prevent scratches with dogs and gear going in and out.

This is a with, not a to. I drove it sanely in the right lane for a 25-mile drive in a snowstorm, with <1/4-mile visibility and 30F temperatures, for a meeting at 11AM. 2 hours later, for the return trip, now with sunshine, normal visibility, 40F temps, and all of the snow melted, I tempted fate in the left lane at something more than the posted speed limit. I enjoyed the return trip much more.

The spacers are on actually but the car is filthy so I didn't take pictures.

I took the spacer off on this corner . Looks pretty hilarious

Nothing. It's been at the dealership since Friday am for a drivetrain malfunction warning, 3 recalls, a service campaign, navigation map update and the driver's seat back is loose. I'm not liking the brand new 2018 430i Gran Coupe for a loaner. For me, this thing is literally a pain to get in and out of. Though it was nice with only 21 miles on it, so it has that going for it. Also don't like the 2 liter, 4 cyl engine it has. I think it's the same one that comes in the regular X3.
Hopefully, I get my vehicle back tomorrow.

Picked up my M40i on Sunday and dropped it off on Monday for PPF/CQuartz application. Sad that I won't be able to drive it for a while!

I beat my M40 like a stepchild on some country roads for 2 hours today. I reached 1,000 miles and figured that's close enough...lol...

It has transported bikes everyday.

Yeah, that’s a good idea. I would just recommend asking them not to detail it before they hand it over. My dealer rush “detailed” it and gave it a lot of swirls that I’m now paying to get treated. Mine wasn’t a special order though; I just bought it off the lot.
