Manual Conversion?

I know the parts are out there, but I'm really surprised I haven't seen anyone convert their X3 to a manual. I am hoping to do this eventually with my X3. Is there anyone that has successfully attempted this?

Unless you have a STRONG attachment to your automatic, I'd recommend looking for a factory manual one. They're rare, but are out there. I recently found a 2010 6 speed but it took months of searching and had it shipped to me from the midwest. Then you can sell your current one to offset the purchase and avoid the inevitable swap headaches and downtime of sourcing the components. Good luck!
