Hello all,
I have a 2004 E83, 2.5 petrol, 110k on the clock, owned 7 years.

I've never had any issues starting the car before, other than a flat battery. Went to start it the other day, ran for a few seconds then died. Wouldn't start again, used a booster battery in case was a battery issue, but no joy.

I've checked there is power to the fuel pump and i can hear it run for a few seconds after turning on ignition, I haven't got a pressure gauge but there was pressure on the fuel rail.

I've got a C310+ scanner but not looked for error codes yet as battery is nearly flat.
My thoughts are ignition system, fuel filter or immobiliser? Was running fine before as per the last 7 years

Has anyone had a similar issues or ideas?
