Is the only thing that changed on 2020 models the Residual for September? Seems like it went down a point but I don't remember what it was last month.

I think the numbers check out and it's tough to get more discount on the 2021s but man that $950 with tax feels high. The 2020s had such good incentives that make the 2021s feel overpriced.

X3M Comp in that config is $84,395 and I see the MSRP as $85,345. Did they markup the original MSRP? On a 2020 you should target 10-12% off the MSRP.

I ordered a 2021 at 11% off and purchase price was $75,111

The M Driver's Package option will make the $85,535 number. It's a $2,500 option, but also reduces the Exec Pkg by $1,200 because of the deletion of the Panoramic moonroof....so net increase is $1,300 over a normal Exec pkg +DAP pkg build.

Yeah, pretty much. The other elements are on point and the only variable left is the discount off MSRP. From my experience, 8% isn't the greatest, nor is it the worst either. There's a lot of variables which I am sure you have read about from the previous posts on this thread. Good Luck
