Question Lighting modifications for 2021 x3?

Hey guys, I'm new here. Hope you're all well!
I have a 2021 x3 and find the interior lighting options a little limited. I do like that most colors are included, but I'd love shades of yellow and red as well or changing lights instead of static colors. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Welcome. This is not a option with OEM lights. You can add ambient lighting LED kits from the web and have them change colors dance to music be controlled with your phone etc.
The only thing you can do is code more colors with Bimmercode but they will not change on their own and you can only choose 1 set.

Red is an option but requires some coding. You can also customize/swap around the upper and lower door colors with some coding as well but only with the preset colors. I currently have a blue/orange and a white/blue (reverse of the OEM setup).

Someone at one time was trying to figure out if there was some way of customizing the actual colors, don’t know if they made any headway.

Yeah, I have bronze, orange, white, blue, purple, and green but given the ivory interior they all kind of look a little cheesy. Wish it were easier to get more colors but it seems not. Thanks guys!
