Xhp finally available for the f97 x3m

Apparently it's now available for the x3m. Has anyone tried it yet?

I'm intrigued to know myself. I would like the shifts to be a bit snappier in sport and sport plus.

ordered my blue tooth connector so probably will flash tm and race track Friday if weather is good.

Why would they disable start/stop? The car remembers the last state so it's not like Audi where you need to turn it off every time you get in the car.

Someone should try to flash with the yellow enet cable if they have it. XHP claims it wont work but my buddy has a G series X3 M40 and he's able to flash with the cable. I think XHP is just trying to sell you their dongle..

Tried. Not working ( Had to buy Thor wi-fi dongle.

Stage 1-2 not tried.

Stage 3 is really hard shifting on D3. Very aggressive on WOT. More smoothness and better shifting on D1. Don't have numbers yet. I think it's need some km to adapt.

I am about to flash now on my 2021 X3MC.

Could not last night due to a bug in the app. Should be ok even with DME unlock as I have the F90 software for the 2wd mode flashed for the transfer case.

Will update after I flash.

He enjoys it. They are B58 and a lower tier ZF though so a little hard to compare apples to apples.

Interesting, I usually use D2 to drive around town. How is that?

Never used d2. Usually d1 regular driving and d3 when “fire in the hole”) Will try it tomorrow.

Tried today. It's almost like D3 on stock tune if we talk about shifting time. But more smooth on regular driving (not on WOT). Downshifting bumps not so aggressive as on D3 XHP but noticeable anyway.

Strange mode as for me. I don't find its purpose. D1 on XHP is almost like D2 on stock but with better smoothness. My favorite mode now. D3 is ultimate sport on WOT but if you just cruising it's smooth. Annoying only on very aggressive downshifting bumps.

yes just make sure you pay attention to the next 3 options it gives based on the 4th-7th digit of the vin.

my xhp adapter arrives tomorrow only so I can flash it over
