Got my X3M but also placed an order for a '23 M3… seems silly to do too much to the X3M if I'm switching in 7 months (but I can't help myself).
What could be transferred? Maybe JB4?

funny, im about to do the same exact thing. Picking up my X3M comp at the end of the month and will be placing an order for a '23 G80 M3 as well.

Wheel spacers is transferable (depending on the thickness).
I know for a fact that RaceChip can be transferred, just need to reprogram it for G8x map.
That's pretty much it.

I just re-used my wheel spacers and some interior cleaning products. JB4 and downpipes are different so I couldn't swap those out.

XHP TCU license and map pack can be transferred. Since both are G series and same price points as long as you can show them you got the new car they will transfer your license.
