Anyone know how to make this stop popping up??

I keep getting this popping up about 10x every time I drive. I went in and deleted it from my destinations in the back settings and it still comes up. I can't find anything for it in the app either.

The weird thing is I haven't been there in years and before I got my x3m in April I had a 2020 x3 m40i and this message never popped up once. It started popping up a few weeks after I took delivery.

I went to the dealer and they couldn't figure it out either. It's driving me nuts!

Does anyone know how to make it stop?

What happens if you press the OPTION button next to the iDrive control knob? If you get a selection to the iDrive’s version of the owners manual…it may reveal how to stop/delete it.

Just tried this and nothing happens when you hit the option button when it shows on the screen

two things, if you have the app installed check that its not in your app, delete it and the app reinstall. Check your shortcut 1-9 buttons to see if maybe one is defective and may have activated when you were putting in an address.

Reset your car back to default in the general settings/car menu to delete the address and reset all options.

I looked through the app and didn't find it in there but I deleted and reinstalled anyway. So far it seems to have worked. I did get a pop up about my log in but went to click it and it went away. I'll see what happens next time I drive
