Need help! Turbo question

My wastegate had gone bad and I replaced it yesterday. It was working fine yesterday, but now today the drive train malfunction is back on and won't go off. Before I replaced the wastegate, it would pop up the drive train malfunction but after Turing the car off and back on, it would go away. Now, it won't go off. You can see the are moving on the wastegate when the car first starts up, but then it stops moving despite revving the engine.
