hawkbmw505 Registered 0 Rep 3 Posts Drives: 2013 BMW x3 Join Date: Jun 2018 Location: USA iTrader: (0)	Could be the waste gate on the turbo... had the same sound, almost like a rattle when letting off the gas. Had the complete turbo replaced, all better.
