Yes, his reviews are not very informative to say the least. And yet dude gets a ton of clicks. He seems to really like the car though, so that's nice.

I don't mind Doug. His format gets tiring but sometimes I learn a new quirck or feature

Where can I get my time back?! This dude is making a career out of test driving while on camera without much informative info for enthusiasts. Doug score? Whatever; I have a score for Doug; 0. Get a life dude!

I have never understood why he has a following. What personally made me dislike him is his "Dough score". It's so poor I don't understand it at all. He literally films himself driving with a phone and has millions of subs. I truly don't get it. I'm happy he liked the X3M and praised it, but the review itself was SO BAD.

For example, I think Straightpipes and Throttle House deserve more recognition.

I have liked a few of his reviews but this one was really thin on content and seems phoned in. LOL, I guess literally.

it seems like his channel happened because his family got so annoyed hearing him talk, they filmed it just to prove to him how fucking annoying it is and it accidentally got uploaded to youtube where it was noticed by 1m people like him.

I guess the appeal is he's an everyman.

We all have to remember: not everyone's like us, there are a lot of real losers out there.
