If for the car it was not necessary to remap only for the opf, I would have never remapped it
I thinking to make this config:

1. Decated downpipe
2. On the place OPF filter - install 2 Cats (from SS)
3. Leave rear stock muffer
4. Map car to stage2

I welcome it if the car is quieter on start up and the F80 M3 makes too much racket, the one I drove this week sounded really good in the cabin and for me that's all that matters, I don't want to peacock my way down the street, as most people don't care about cars and just look at you thinking what a dick.....not, heh that's cool.

For start up it's every easy - u just remove heat catalyst function and car is quite, my f80 with full akrapovic from turbos (decated) startup were quite

The main problem is OPF filter, without removing - u can't do anything.

For safest remap - i would wait for bm3

Normally, in UK in EUROPE u can't delete OPF filter by the LAW

So i don't see any way to keep warranty

p.s. If somebody want to use same map of me - i can share it for free, but on you own risk. I did remap by myself, u just need buy this software https://www.tgflash.com/ with this protocol:

BMW Fxx/Gxx Bosch MDG1 AURIX TC2xx 8.0MB CAN/ENET
Bosch MD1CS001, MG1CS201, MG1CS024

BTW, after opf off + remap response from the car became amazing, with opf on - lag is seriously

I don't do my map, i just map it, map was done by the professional tuner(i read map and sent to the tuner, he sent my file back and i just map the car), but if you own to build your map - u can use winOLS soft (my map was done in this soft)

My is under development . Few days more and we will see the result
I suppose that the first test it was with closed valve exhaust . Usually with open valve is more loud .

You can find more information on the page Facebook " BIESSE Racing - Electronic Engine Performance " or Istagram

I told them to don't exaggerate , but they say 630HP and 720Nm . There are going to optimize to 750 Nm . It's stage 1 no OPF .
I think that 20 / 30 Hp is just thanks to the opd off , but is my opinion .

Thanks for the info. I have Winols but not enough experience to map this ecu. I am still playing with old stuff, just for fun and learning.

If you talked about my video - i used sport+ with open valves, i still have stock silencer! u don't - so your exhaust will be louder

Stage1+ (with sport mid-pipe): 600hp, 720Nm.
During the development they reached more power with much higher values, but thay prefer to deliver the car to me with no power drop at the rev limiter.
The power curve is perfect now and makes the car very beautiful to drive!

They said that this engine is incredible , on STOCK with no OPF filters and 100 RON gasoline they reached +/- 540HP . Unfortunately They didn't tried the car with the original exhaust in order to see the difference between OPF and OPF OFF

Looks good. I see a lot of graphs nowadays where they look like diesel's. Huge power midrange but fall off over 5500rpm as the turbo is not fit to cope. Dont see the point.
