iOS 13.2 FaceTime issues

Hi who got problems with ios13 ??
With my m40 2019 on idrive6 before everything was on but now when i try call on FaceTime connection is ok but camera not working, I see person at home but nobody see me black screen, anyone got same issue??? Any solution maybe???

I never use FaceTime, but curious...does there image come up on Idrive display??
