FS: CPO 2016 BMW X3 x28i (f25 LCI) M-Sport 26K Miles
I recently purchased a 2016 BMW X3 x28i (f25 LCI) with the M-Sport package, however I am looking to sell or trade for something smaller. After searching for months for the exact color and options combo I wanted, I purchased this compact SUV somewhat hastily. What I really need is something smaller. I would prefer to trade so that neither party gets dinged hard on sales tax. Open to trading for coupe, convertible, sedan, wagon, or sub-compact SUV. I would likely also be willing to sell. My view on valuation is that the average of KBB and Edmunds, with all installed options included, is a fair value. EXAMPLE: KBB lists the private party value for this car at $29,829, and Edmunds lists it at $28,020. My list price is the average of those two ($28,924) plus a $1,650 premium for the CPO warranty, totaling $30,574.
