Removing steering wheel emblem?

Somewhere along the line, my steering wheel emblem got dented and caved in. It looks like it's just attached with adhesive, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I got a replacement stick-on one from eBay that looks identical. Anyone know if I can just pull up on the OEM one and get it off there, or are there any clips/etc that I need to know about?

Thanks!

You should be able to tell from the new one, if it's OEM. If there's no pegs or clips or whatever on the new one then it's adhesive only.

I'd also figure this because if it covers an airbag, doubt there's much in there to change ripping it.

Yo, by the way, from (I think) a fellow old Club3G member.

the stick on is designed to stick on over your original. removing the original is not needed and can be very difficult.

It's not removable, but the ones on eBay are contoured to fit over it.
