Yes, it's really good. I'm on episode 6. I started it last night and couldn't stop.

One of the girls in the office just told me about this. She binged the entire season yesterday. I came here to ask and POOF - here it is.

Tx for confirmation, guys. I have this on my 'to-watch' list.

So many shows, too little time haha.

started it yesterday and got 4 in by bedtime. it's dragging a bit. The premise behind the show sounds great... mom and daughter in diner face a crisis and mom's badassness from a previous life (unknown to anyone) comes out.

I'm going to finish it because I'm 1/2 way through the season... but netflix missed a chance for something great here.

side note just finished Mayor of Kingstown Season 1, enjoyed it... a bit of a Ray Donovan feel.

Still waiting or my wife to come back from a business trip (in Costa Rica now) to keep moving on 1883. We're watching it together and she'll be pissed if I get ahead of her

I just finished the first episode of Pieces of Her and the daughter is lame, she showed zero common sense or survival skills. The mother seems to have quite the secret life that I hope reveals itself.

The daughter represents how most people in society are: 1) lacking situational awareness and, 2) unable to think under stress. The above stated behavior continues to present itself as the series continues. The irony is that her character is a police department dispatcher who sees the ugly side of things due to the role she performs…..and even still, behaves rather ridiculously when she's the one caught up in the mix.

Got through 2 episodes and bailed. I could see where it was going, basically endless episodes on religion vs secularism..... i'm out.

Yup, it's very frustrating, esp considering she's supposed to be associated w the police if not an actual cop...that diner scene....it's like she was 5 years old, and all those other things she does, makes me wonder how she survived for so long haha, and this is only after just watching e1. They really went overboard w her character unless they somehow rationalize it later on.

Of s1 or s2? I've lasted till s2e5 and it's so dry but I'll still finish it. I get their pt but it's so slow, esp those Marcus scenes, I don't want to constantly watch 'cavemen' stuff when it's set in the ultra-future.

I nearly gave up at episode 4 but Jane's story kept me there and I finished it last night. The daughter wouldn't last long unprotected, do you really think that she could have made it out of the trunk alive especially with the phone ringing? Toni and Gill were believable but that was about it, so much potential unrealized. The daughter was the poster child for participation trophies.

So I started watching "The Worst Roommate Ever" on Netflix. 1st episode was good. But then I realized how poorly named the show is.... because now every episode it's kind of obvious who's guilty. And that sort of removes the mystery.

Also just recently completed watching "Inventing Anna" which I found really interesting and enjoyed.

Just started watching "The Dropout". First episode was ok... a little weird... but I'll give it more time.

If you haven't see Don't Fuck With Cats, it's a decent doco. Many netflix documentaries amble on endlessly to create fake content but this one is tight.

We also started Inventing Anna the other night. Two episodes in, very interesting, hard to believe the story is actually true!
