X3 f25 2011 software/navigation update

Greetings everyone, I'm new here and would appreciate some help with updates for F25

On all forums I only find how to update soft and nav, but where to get files?
Do I need to purchase it somewhere or there is free download somewhere?

Hello, unfortunately you have to buy it from BMW. I got a quote of £99 from them. Rip off
