Hi Guy's
Got my 50th badges this week and wondering if anyone as replaced them on their LIC's model. I have done a search but nothing as shown up. I have had a look at YouTube there is so many different ways people have done it. Just hoping someone as done it and found a easy way.

Isn't there just two pins? You put a cloth on the hood and use a plastic pry tool. Should take 5minutes. I'd recommend cleaning under and around the emblem while it's off

Yup thats right. There is double sided tape and 2 pins just like on the one that youre about to replace.

I would use a heat gun or a hair dryer all around the sides of the emblems to get the tape loose. Use a plastic trim removal tool that looks like a fork and slide it under the emblem to edge it up and keep prying all around until it pops off.
Yes use a towel under your tool and between the paint.
Its very simple.

There shouldn't be double sided tapes on front, at least on pre-LCI.

Loads have done it Pete, there are at least two threads on it.

I’ve done mine. The front one is tough to come off but it will. Cloth to protect the paint and a solid plastic trim tool will do the job. No double sided tape on the front, just the rear which is easier to pull off. Look at the pins on your new badges and get the trim tool under the badge on the car in this location. You’ll think it won’t come off but it will.

Hi fitted them today really easy to get the old ones off. Also added some side splitter strips around the rear fake air vents I got them from ailexpress I will see how they go if they withstand jet washing.
