I'm unsure, is there a sure fire way to tell? I did not personally have it unlocked and all service thus far has been performed at a BMW Service Center.

I’m not 100% positive. From what I understand it is something they can do at the dealership it doesn’t mean it was done to yours. The date on the ecu in the engine bay would give us an idea but honestly I think the only way is to plug a laptop in to the car but you would need a obd to Ethernet adapter. I have one but I’m guessing you don’t otherwise you’d know if it was tunable or not. I could send you mine if you leave it in the glove box when it’s shipped :wink
