Looking to purchase a X3 M40i.

Must haves:
Black interior

Ventilated seats

Flexible on color and wheel package.

Located in the Chicagoland area but willing to travel.

Looking to spend under $55k obviously depending on mileage, year, etc.
Thanks!

Ehhh 2019 and 2020 did not have ventilated seats. So youre pretty much looking for a 2021. And one for that price will be with about 50k miles. 👌

When I ordered my 2020 ventilated seats were definitely an option and I selected them. Then I read about how bad they are on this forum and removed it. My SA applauded that decision.

Are the ventilated seats really that bad? In terms of quantity of air movement or do people expect ventilated seats to “cool” them like heated seats?

My wife has an Atlas with ventilated seats and they are awesome.

Just took a look. Only missing the adaptive suspension otherwise would have been all over this.

Understood, I was unsure of the M-sport suspension also but drove it and it has a great all around ride, very comfortable yet plenty firm for the highway etc. Let me know if you want to check it out.

I think the ventilated seats are plenty comfortable, but I'm probably in the minority. I would rate cooling as 4 / 5. works in most conditions, but when it got up to 90-100 or more degrees this summer it could've used a turbo or something

Thanks for the insight. Will continue to try and find one with that option.
