Looks like it does have a spare tire as it has the raised area in the trunk. OP confirmed Vented seats, didn't see the adaptive cruise camera.

Definitely doesn't have adaptive cruise since it doesn't have the lidar eye in the front.

Great looking SAV!
I love the interior color combo.
I wish a front license plate wasn't mandatory here in Ontario Canada. It messes up the look of the vehicle.
