X3M Competition Lease Assumption: $799 per month. Dinan exhaust, Carbon wheel!!

Hi good morning gang. So if I have to hear one more time how my wife misses her SQ5, and why did I trade it in for an X3M without telling her, and you how much I loved my Audi, etc. I am going to drive this thing off of a cliff. Lol. So that being said it is with a heavy heart that I am offering up our 2020 X3M Competition for lease assumption.
Here are the details:
MSRP: $84,395
Monthly payment: $799 per month (plus your local state taxes)
Remaining months: 23 months
Lease maturation date: 10/2022
Current mileage: 11,375
Allowable mileage: 30,000 or 810 miles per month.
Car is currently located on Long Island, NY.

Window sticker below.
Modifications include:
-Powdercoated gloss black OEM 21" Wheels
-Powdercoated gloss red brake calipers
-Dinan axleback exhaust system (OEM included also)
-Custom carbon fiber flat-bottom steering wheel (stock included as well)
-15mm Wheel Spacers

Due to me at lease transfer: $3,500. All modifications included.
If you prefer no mods, we can adjust down payment accordingly.

The cool thing is this car was featured on the homepage of Bimmerpost several months back and just yesterday on the official bmwm instagram which is kinda neat.
Ah I can't wait to lease an inferior SQ5 for more money per month once this is gone. Happy wife.....

And finally the pics:

Wow, so sad to hear about this one - I remember seeing your photos of this beautiful specimen this past summer. Absolutely gorgeous. This will move in no time.

If you don’t mind me asking, I was under the impression that any sort of non-removable/restorable modifications such as the wheel and brake caliper powder coating was prohibited under the terms of a BMWFS lease? I’ve been wanting to do paint the calipers red on mine since I got it in August. Would love to hear more insight on this if you have some to share!

Thank you so much for the kind words! So that's a great question about the powdercoating. I can say two things. First off I have done this on many different cars and haven't had any issues on lease returns, Z4, M3, X6M, etc. Secondly I do believe it is at the discretion of the dealership you return it to and whether or not they feel the modifications are tasteful. For example if I powdercoated the brake calipers neon pink (not that there is anything wrong with that, haha) they may take issue.

I love my X3 M40i but I can definitely see why your wife wants her four rings back.

The bimmer is just raw driving... Audi was more comfortable with better usability.

I don't think that the powder coating of wheels makes a huge difference to the dealership.

Hi, nice car! How much tread is left on the tires and how about the Brakes?
Do you have all the maintenance records, going back?
Thanks
Ben

Hi Ben, I don't have the paper versions of the service records (because I throw them out) but I have performed the 1,200 mile break-in service and the 10,000 mile/1 year service (just last month actually). And I'm pretty certain that you can obtain the records at any dealership since they were performed by BMW. I'll measure the tire treads but they look pretty full. It's not like she's doing track days with the car or anything!

Just detailed it yesterday and secretly hoping nobody takes over this lease! "Sorry hun, nobody was interested in it" lol

People in New York have so much money lol. Also I noticed a lot of lease take overs available in the North East. Like more than other areas. I wonder why. Car looks beautiful btw.
