Horizontal Grilles X3/X4

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hi all. Ever since the 2024 X5M and X6M came out with the horizontal grilles I’ve been interested in designing something similar for my Pre LCI X3M. I’m thinking the 2025/26 X3M might get horizontal grilles.

I’m just trying to get an idea if this is something I should pursue, let me know if you’re interested.

I would be, for the sake of installing anti laser priority eyes in the grill

I would definitely be down for the horizontal grills because I still have two more years before I get an X5M Comp.

Maybe someone here could photoshop the horizontal grills to the current X3 for us to have an idea of how it would look like

It looks pretty neat. I'm not use to seeing horizontal slats on the BMW twin kidney grill area. But this would be a fairly easy item / part to build. You got my vote for this.

I vote for LCI cars! Maybe OP can start a poll to see how many are interested for Pre and LCI?

Both would be ideal. Only center inserts would really need to be made. If gloss black or carbon surrounds are already made.

yes... but it will be weird center inserts with carbon... so it have to be make full.

but for normal x3, x4 cars have radiator grill ... so my opinion is hard to get good looking .. or have to remove radiatior grill.

Inserts I assume you’re referring to the LCI vehicles?

This would be a complete grill assembly to make it look correct similar to your full carbon grills you have on your website but in a gloss black and not carbon.
