What Gugin said. You can't find the version there.
But it only states a number. Not if it's iDrive 6 of 7..

My X3 was delivered with iDrive 6.
The dealer updated it though.
It now shows version MB-007.005.013.
Think it's iDrive 7 now but don't know for sure. Going to ask them this afternoon.

- Live Cockpit instrument cluster coding
- Receiver Audio Module coding (ASD)
- MHD ENET adapter support

Latest BC app update was release over 2 weeks ago? V3.3.

For Android a new version 2.11.0-6028 came out. On Gplay It says updated on 10th, but released just today.

What I meant was that your directions for Software version in iD6 do not work for iD7 as the menu structure is quite different I believe !

I can not tell if and when EBT for the ID7 headunit will be available at the moment, sorry. For the ASD please check the latest version available in the Google Play Store.

According to the dealer, I'm still on iDrive 6.
They updated iDrive due to the Amp-swap. Which was needed, because there was an issue with the output on the original HK amp?!?!

A lot of functions not working proparly in this update..
Media button doesn't work in Apple Carplay..
Can't switch to ACP screen or from ACP to another screen sometimes. Need to switch source; for example Radio and then it just goes to ACP screen, but plays radio. But then I can switch again.
Zooming the map in NAV still works by pinching the iDrivecontroller surface, but moving the map around by swiping with 2 fingers doesn't anymore..

Also the Roof Function Center isn't codeable anymore in Bimmercode.

When I code "Christmas" as a startup animation, I get M animation instead. Anyone else?

I've gone through them all.

Christmas has never worked for me. Most are just A form of Connected drive. M is the best with RR a very close second.
