Note at the bottom of this screen is new here. My last trip showing is not my last trip. Was reading around to see if common issue.

In the Uk we don’t get MPG on the app, it’s either gals per 100 miles or litres per 100km.

This has been confirmed by BMW Connected Drive, and is apparently down to market, rather than a global setting. So, some countries get it, some don’t.

Friendly comparison here from a new BMW owner: myAudi App vs. MyBMW App:

The myAudi App is a heap of rubbish, antiquated relic of an App, an absolute turd!

In Comparison: MyBMW App is a slick, nicely implemented App that has amazing functionality. Just checked my tire pressure from the living room, spot on psi, cool!

Nicely Done BMW!

Winner: BMW (by a proverbial landslide)

So interestingly enough... i think the apple watch updates roll out to everyone at different times with these apps... my app updated yesterday and I can now remote start from my apple watch... its on screen 3 and you click climatize.

Just updated My BMW app to the latest version. It’s now showing my trip details fuel consumption as mpg(UK). No more having to convert from gal/100miles.

Don't know if its anything to do with the app or not but my BMW speed camera upgrade that pops up on my HUD now has a sound when it pops up, its not loud but it is noticeable, which is nice.

Have you had any ota operating software updates ?

The mpg is nice, but the mpg seem higher than doing the g/100 miles calc. Last month avg consumption was 47.5mpg.

We also get the option for psi tyre pressure.

Apparently my Galaxy S7 is now too old for the latest version of the app, no update available for the phones software since Jan 2021.

The latest My BMW app version released 08-05-2023 3.5 is for IOS.

My Android verion 3.3.1 has yet to see an update.

No OTA software updates as far as I know, only a map update.

If you look at the Speed Camera Info app installed on the iDrive apps screen, it now has an option checkbox for audio alert that wasn’t there before.

I honestly never noticed that, I certainly never checked it. Perhaps my daughter checked the box when she borrowed the car.

I think it’s checked on by default. So when the app updated you start to hear the audio alert. There was defo no audio alert option before.
