It's still not much overall. But it's far better then just the small $750 loyalty rebate / incentive...

I asked my sales guy the same question. Since you don't have to put any money down & there is no deposit required (just a quick credit check to show BMW Financial intent on your end) to begin the order, then the answer is YES.

If the incentive & rebates are better when the car arrives then you'll get to benefit from those too!

Your rates are locked in for 60 days / 2 months from the time you submit the BMW application... you get to choose the better of the two programs from the two months

I had no idea & I'm really glad you told me about this. Had you not mentioned it & made me aware of it I wonder if my sales rep would've informed me about it at some point or later.

Certainly hope the 6-8 weeks of delivery time for an order doesn't take any longer than it really needs to. With all the new micro-chip shortages going around, I'm a little concerned with the longer that usual lead times for the automotive industry right now.

I see your on the west coast ... west coast is 90 days ... east coast is 60 days ... extra time for west coast due to extra transit time I think

The sales rep here said 6-8 weeks. So I certainly hope it doesn't take 90 days. That's a super long time to wait for a sweet X3M Comp!

Sorry I meant the rates locking in ... not delivery times .. For delivery .. my car started building on Jan 1st , finished building Jan 12th , off on the truck , Jan 15th and was at the dealership in NJ , Jan 21st ... if that helps for a timeline , figure an extra 1-2 weeks for west coast .. anyway I think deviated from the point of this thread ..

What would you guys consider a reasonable discount off MSRP for an executive demo vehicle with 1400 miles? If people are getting 8-10% off for a new vehicle would 16% be too greedy to ask for?

MSRP is 84,395
1400 miles.

Definitely different times, but I was able to negotiate 18% off my X3MC in May and it was a brand new car. I wouldn't take an executive demo for anything less than 18% off. It's a used car that will/is depreciating HARD.

Same here 18% off. Good timing. Bought it in Feb 2020. Couldn’t believe it.

Was 18% before or after incentives/rebates? Wondering if I should try to hold out another 2 months and wait for mid year to see if lease cash continues to increase. I have not seen these going for anymore then 13% (end of 2020)

18% was all inclusive. I believe BMW was throwing 5k at the car. I didn't have loyalty, so my deal could have been a little better.

Got it - thanks for the info!
I find it hard to believe we will see that amount of $ in incentives in the next few months based on BMW just adding lease cash for the first time this month on 2021's ($1250)

Yep I got near 17% off including incentives back in April 2020. I feel like 18% off a 1400 mile car makes sense in current market.

Latest quote from one of my local dealers on an X3Mc. Payment still seems a little high...

Total MSRP $ 84,395.00
CAP COST $ 78,487.00
Acquisition Fee $ 925.00
Dealer Doc Fee $ 499.00
Registration Fee $ 314.50
Tag Agency Fee $ 45.00
Additional Fees $ 6.00
FEES $ 1,789.50
TAX PA State Tax - State (9.0000%) $ 416.78
ADJUSTED CAP COST $ 81,835.62

36 months / 10k miles / $1245.15 per month

It's usually 1% higher than 10k.
