There has been a big logistics blip recently and the usual 3 month from build to delivery seems to have slipped to 5 months. Someone else posted due to typhoon and covid lockdown in Dalian. Hopefully things will start to get back on track soon and the picture will improve. Genius are good but you have to really push them on the location of the car....eg they'd always say your car is making its way to the UK but when I pushed they came clean and said it's at Dalian (which technically is on its way, it's left the factory!)

I think they're dealing with a lot of grumbles and are keen to get you off the chat!

Plus of course your dealer/genius might be correct and your car is well on its way

Been keeping an eye on this forum in the vain hope that the status codes are wrong and cars miraculously turn up. Genius is still optimistic.....build mid Aug, 165 on 6 Sep and hasn't changed since, but still delivery date 7 Nov. Lease company now advising mid Dec so either Hestia Leader or Cepheus Leader. I'm not holding my breathe though.......

I know the Volans leader, Grand Duke & Cepheus leader have but have any others?

Mine was built 31st August landed at Dalian on 6th September and also has a delivery date of the 7th November.
Arval have told me 27th November for delivery I'll believe that when I see it 😂😂😂

Dealer told me to expect January at the earliest for delivery

Ours’ landed at Dalian on 15th August (ish) and only went to 195 last week. It was “due” to dealer 2 weeks ago

so I suspect the truth is likely to be January like your dealer says.

Interestingly Cepheus leader is due into Bristol at the end of November… What are the odds of an early drop off of iX3’s to the uk?

Volans Leader looks to have slowed down, port of Zeebrugge looks full of RORO vessels at the minute. I think we can expect some sort of delay, hopefully not to long!

Usually when or a few days after it leaves Dalian from my understanding

You never know, mine was due w/c 17 October whilst sat in Dalian on 165 and I’m now driving around in it……

I did see that Hestia leader is due into Southampton the same day as the Cepheus leader (which I have guessed ours’ is on) so hopefully yours’ gets onto that

So it looks like it didn't get on either the Cepheus leader or the Hestia leader.

I suppose that's just about possible but isn't it usually around 2.5 months from shipping date to delivery?

193 means at port of exit right? Meaning it's not shipped yet

Yeah 193 means arrived at port of exit.

So if codes are to be believed it's still in Dalian port 2 months after coming off the production line on 31st August and apparently arriving at Dalian on 6th September.

I've just got the same date for my car; so looks like our will be on the same ship.. was hoping to get it this year!
