Im tired of my MINI Countryman SE and i really want the g80 m3 but idk if i can wait.

so i got in touch at the dealership i used to be Internet sales manager so im out of the loop but something doesnt look right. i was sent these brief number while I was in a meeting

Should be shooting for 8-10% off. What your monthly ends up being is based on so many factors here. With $0 down (assume all fees and taxes rolled into payments, no MSDs), $1100-ish is a bit high, I would guess it should be about $1050 or so.

But again, that's based on MF, alotted miles (if leasing), etc.

Can you share more details, like a Leasehacker link?

So this is a lease and your $2k down only buys you $23/mo and $5k down only $97/mo? yeah I don't think so.

Price is high to begin with though That is with ZERO discounts or incentives I think. Unclear if tax included.

I pay less than that for a 120k MSRP M5. I don't think it's a good deal if it's more than 1% of the MSRP per month with 0 down.

It is not against the rules....that's the exact point of this thread. Posting what you did doesn't not mean much as you didn't state the amount down. That would be a great price, if you put nothing down, but if that's say 5k down, it would be a terrible deal.

Generally when will be the best time to lease, mid-year? Seems incentives are nonexistent the past 6 months on X3M's, which is what I've been waiting for to knock down the payment a bit. Last year this time from what I've researched BMW was offering $2-3k lease cash but I guess times are different now.

My MSRP was indeed a shade over $90k. Remember, the F98 is about $2k more than the F97, plus I checked every box, including the M CF package (although I skipped the M Driver's package because I wanted a sunroof for the kids).
