Uk Delivery- Ship tracking

my car still hasn't arrived on that ship... I don't even know which one it will come on...

Build date August 9th and it has shipped sometime between last Wednesday and today.

Delivery date updated from week 46 to week 52.

To all the other mainland Europe folk, I can inform that while the status code will not change from 165 in the BMW system when shipped, the "Next location" text WILL change. This is how the dealer will be able to tell if it's shipped.

When it says "Next location Bremerhaven" it has been put on a ship.

Any way I can find out when it's scheduled to land at Bremerhaven?

So after genius telling me my vehicle was 190 then back to 165 etc etc I got in touch with the dealer this morning the reply is below I've absolutely no idea what genius are telling us but my vehicle hasn't changed status since or delivery date since 7th October

Well I've had this update from the dealer.

Seriously considering cancelling the vehicle this is just not good enough from BMW I feel lied to which isn't a good start to a relationship with a brand.
I ordered the IX3 because of the promised fast delivery time frames but it's all just been lies to get the orders.

Car was built 31st August (which was already delayed) and arrived at Dalian port on 6th September last update on the system was 7th October according to the dealer.

Yes, I'll be tracking that as well. Although if I remember correctly our code changed closer to the departure of Grand Duke (Which i know counts for nothing). That's due to arrive just 3 days after Volands Leader, either way we are hopefully looking at delivery in November

no excuse but mercedes is taking at least 12 months to deliver new cars, audi is even worse... the big problem for BMW is having cars manufactured and ready and taking 3/4/5 months to get them in europe ...

another thing, if you cancel the order for them it's ok... they will sell your car to someone else for more money... in six months the IX3 in portugal increased at least 2000 euros...we have to press on the BMW.... and make noise...

Certainly not the case here in Denmark. The market has dried up.

Even with the tax hike looming in 2023, the dealers are not letting anyone out of their contract.

I phoned the dealership today and have been told that my car is at Southampton waiting to clear customs.

So I think Altair Leader was the right ship in my case.
It should be another 10-14 days between now and delivery.

Hope everyone else gets good news soon too.

! I was told the same thing 2 weeks ago. That it had not even been loaded on the ship, and then it was all suddenly in Bremerhaven a few days ago. So it could be same for you.

Like someone else said, ask them to take a print screen of the distribution tab so that you can see location status as well.
