Had some neighbors over tonight!
Menu was: Roasted red cabbage and red onion salad with quinoa, parsley, mint, dill, and green onion. Vinaigrette of olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, lemon, date syrup, sumac, salt and pepper Sugar snap pea and radish salad with dill. Vinaigrette of olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, lemon, salt and pepper. Topped with crushed pistachio for crunch! Harissa butter bean dish. Garlic and chili peppers cooked down with harissa paste and crushed tomatoes with butter beans. Served with fresh homemade baguette bread. (Pictured on my plate but not with the spread!)
