Meatballs, mozzarella sticks, potato skins, chicken nuggets..
All from the gourmet "freezer section"... Definitely not maha...

Of course, there's nothing like home cooking and knowing it's done the way you like, anyone can go to a swanky restaurant and click away at the five course they're having but its just not the same.

First try for Jerk Salmon (previously frozen King) and it was very good. Accompanied by baked Japanese yam with goat cheese and mixed green salad with avocado, Korean pear and St. Agar cheese. Oregon Pinot Noir.

My wife is always trying new recipes. Tonight it was Burrata cheese, micro greens and beet salad paired with grilled calamari and cannellini beans. Accompanied with a nice Rioja from Costco.
